Arnvicar Selfcatering Accommodation

This renovated farmhouse forms part of a traditional Scottish farm steading no longer used in the farming business. The self catering accommodation provides for comfortable family vacations in a peaceful Scottish rural location.

On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen/dining room; a lounge with open fire, two chair beds; shower room, and lobby with coat and boot storage. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A satellite dish is installed for guests who might wish to bring their own decoder.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms which may be twin or double bedded, a smaller bedroom with bunk beds, and a bathroom. In all, Arnvicar Farmhouse can accommodate 6 to 8 persons.

There is an enclosed garden and a south facing courtyard with an adjacent games and leisure room. To the south can be seen the Fintry Hills and Campsie Fells and to the west, Ben Lomond.

Prices are inclusive of VAT, electricity other than in the Games Room where there are coin operated heaters; linen, bathroom sets, drying up cloths and a reasonable supply of coal or wood for the fires. Extra fuel supplied at cost. Towels are available at £2 per set.

All Facilities STB Classified. Tenancies run from Saturday 4 pm. to Saturday 10 am.

Please note that all properties are let on a strictly non-smoking accommodation basis only. Please respect this policy which is for the benefit of the majority of our guests.

Credit cards accepted. All cheques payable to Cardross Holiday Homes. Price per property per week includes VAT at 17.5%. VAT Reg No. 446467817.

A Deposit of 20% of total rent is required on booking, the final balance EIGHT weeks prior to arrival.

Short Breaks are available during off peak periods and are charged at 60% of weekly rate for 3 nights or less. Additional nights - 10% of weekly rate. See our News Page for latest information.
