These newly renovated cottages are a 'barn' conversion adjacent to Arnvicar Farmhouse. Apart from minor layout differences and decoratiion they are almost mirror images of each other.

On the first floor each has two bedrooms which may be double or twin bedded and a bathroom. On the ground floor an entrance lobby, shower room, storage cupboard and open plan living room, kitchen with open coal fire.

The fully fitted pine kitchens are equipped with electric cookers, fridge freezers and microwave. The cottages have radio/CD players, colour Combi TV and satellite available for guests who wish to bring their own decoders. Ash and Hawthorn selfcatering cottages can be combined for larger parties of up to eight persons or could be combined with the adjacent Arnvicar Farmhouse accommodation of of six to eight persons.

At the rear, through a communal lobby there is access to a utility room containing the washing machine and tumble drier, barbecues and garden furniture.

The cottages face west and look out over open farmland offering, on fine days, a lovely view of Ben Lomond. To the south can be seen the Fintry Hills and Campsie Fells. There is a large enclosed garden and through the rear lobby there is access to the Games Room adjoining Arnvicar Farmhouse.

Prices are inclusive of VAT, electricity other than in the Games Room where there are coin operated heaters; linen, bathroom sets, drying up cloths and a reasonable supply of coal or wood for the fires. Extra fuel supplied at cost. Towels are available at £2 per set.

All Facilities STB Classified. Tenancies run from Saturday 4 pm. to Saturday 10 am.

Credit cards accepted. All cheques payable to Cardross Holiday Homes. Price per property per week includes VAT at 17.5%. VAT Reg No. 446467817.

A Deposit of 20% of total rent is required on booking, the final balance EIGHT weeks prior to arrival.

Short Breaks are available during off peak periods and are charged at 60% of weekly rate for 3 nights or less. Additional nights - 10% of weekly rate. See our News Page for latest information.
