Gartur Bothy Selfcatering Accommodation
This is an attractive cottage forming part of a traditional farm courtyard. Recently renovated it provides comfortable and roomy self catering accommodation in a beautiful area of Scotland. Its situation at the end of a private road ensures a peaceful stay.
On the ground floor is a spacious living room with a sofa-bed as part of the suite and a wood burning stove, a kitchen/dining room, bathroom with shower and utility room with a washer/drier.
On the first floor there are two double bedded or twin bedded (as required) traditional cottage bedrooms, as required. In all, Gartur Bothy can accommodate 4 to 5 persons.
The bothy has the use of a south facing grassed area adjacent to the steading with far reaching views. To the east are views of the Loch Ard Forest and Ben Lomond and to the south are the Campsie Fells. A wooden garden hut contains garden furniture and a barbecue.

Prices are inclusive of VAT, electricity other than in the Games Room where there are coin operated heaters; linen, bathroom sets, drying up cloths and a reasonable supply of coal or wood for the fires. Extra fuel supplied at cost. Towels are available at £2 per set.
All Facilities STB Classified. Tenancies run from Saturday 4 pm. to Saturday 10 am.

A Deposit of 20% of total rent is required on booking, the final balance EIGHT weeks prior to arrival.
