Yew Tree Selfcatering Accommodation
This traditional country cottage is set in the small hamlet of Dykehead with wonderful views over open countryside offering a perfect spot for a self catering vacation.
The accommodation is all on one floor and consists of a lounge/dining room with open fire, pine kitchen, two twin bedded rooms (doubles if required), and a bathroom with shower. In all, Yew Tree Cottage can accommodate 4 persons.
Adjacent to the backdoor is a spacious 'utility' outhouse containing a washing machine and tumble drier, barbecue and garden furniture. The gardens are enclosed and at the front have a wonderful view towards the Campsie Fells and Fintry Hills.

Prices are inclusive of VAT, electricity other than in the Games Room where there are coin operated heaters; linen, bathroom sets, drying up cloths and a reasonable supply of coal or wood for the fires. Extra fuel supplied at cost. Towels are available at £2 per set.
All Facilities STB Classified. Tenancies run from Saturday 4 pm. to Saturday 10 am.

A Deposit of 20% of total rent is required on booking, the final balance EIGHT weeks prior to arrival.
